Training and Development
At Aliaxis we are committed to the training and development of our employees allowing everyone to reach their full potential. All employees receive a structured introduction to the business during their induction period which will include product training. Every year we conduct a development review with each member of staff to review performance and achievement, and to plan for their ongoing development.
We offer employees a range of training programmes from management and leadership to technical skills development. We are committed to utilising vocational qualifications in order to enhance products and services for our customers through the development of skills and knowledge within our workforce. We offer employees the opportunity to achieve NVQ qualifications in areas such as Business Improvement and Warehousing. We also offer structured training schemes for staff who join us at apprentice and graduate level.
We have held the Investors in People standard for a number of years which demonstrates our commitment to developing our people. Independent advisors and assessors make an annual visit and conduct face to face interviews with people from across our organisation. This ensures that our key priorities as a business are supported through developmental goals for the people working in our organisation.
